Welcome to Paddington Gosha, an internal digital assistant developed for Paddington Academy, an online English language school.
These Terms of Service govern the use of Paddington Gosha and its integrations with third-party services.
Paddington Gosha is intended exclusively for authorised school administrators, teachers and other designated staff members.

Access to Paddington Gosha is restricted to individuals authorised by Paddington Academy.
Users must protect their account credentials and must not share access to confidential student information or lesson recordings with unauthorised individuals.
School administrators may grant, modify or revoke access according to operational requirements.

Paddington Gosha integrates with Google Drive, Zoom, AlfaCRM and Telegram to provide its administrative functions.
Google Drive access is granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorisation process.
The application accesses Google Drive only within the permissions granted by the account holder and uses that access for the authorised management of educational recordings and related files.
Users may revoke Google account access through their Google Account settings.
The availability of third-party integrations depends on the respective service providers and their terms and technical requirements.
5. Lesson Recordings and Confidentiality
Lesson recordings are intended exclusively for authorised educational, administrative and teaching quality assurance purposes.
Users must not download, distribute, publish or share recordings containing students' personal information unless authorised to do so.
Personal data must be processed in accordance with Paddington Academy's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.
These Terms do not replace the educational services agreements or privacy information provided to students and their parents or legal guardians.

Users must use Paddington Gosha exclusively for authorised school-related activities.
Unauthorised access, misuse of personal data, disclosure of confidential information and interference with the application's normal operation are prohibited.
